PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator capable of discharging even particulate matter such as rice bran which is easily solidified by crushing an aggregate.SOLUTION: An applicator includes a hopper 2 for accumulating particulate matters P, which has an outlet 2a for particulate matter at the bottom, at least a pair of wheels 3 rotatably supported on the lower outside of the hopper, a rotary member 4 provided inside the hopper and connected to the wheels, which can rotate by the rotation of the wheels, a partition plate 5 arranged partitioning the inside of the hopper, which can move vertically in the hopper, and a partition plate vertical moving mechanism 6 for vertically moving the partition plate in conjunction with the rotation of the rotary member or the wheels.
