PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency in spraying in a hopper mounted in a powder sprayer by preventing hollowing of powders around an outlet within the hopper.SOLUTION: The powder sprayer includes: wheels 11 to be rotated by pushing a machine body 2 with human power the hopper 3 disposed in the machine body 2 for storing powder the outlet 3d disposed in the lower part of the hopper 3 for discharging the powder within the hopper 3 a rotator 25 disposed within the hopper 3 above the outlet 3d and a stirring member 27 disposed above the rotator 25 within the hopper 3.
