Provided is a disposable wearable article which is capable of preventing front and rear flaps from being torn, the flaps being positioned on outer sides of an absorber in the longitudinal direction, using laminated elastic sheets and non-elastic sheets in front and rear waist regions. A chassis (10) of a diaper (1) comprises non-elastic front and rear waist sheets (21, 22), a non-elastic crotch sheet (23), a first elastic sheet (31) disposed in a front waist region (11), and a second elastic sheet (32) disposed in a rear waist region (12). The first elastic sheet (31) overlaps a front edge (40a) of a liquid absorbing structure (40) and is disposed between the liquid absorbing structure (40) and a front waist sheet (21). The second elastic sheet (32) overlaps a rear edge (40b) of the liquid absorbing structure (40) so as to cover the rear edge and is disposed on a skin opposing surface of the liquid absorbing structure (40). A leak proof sheet (50) is disposed between the crotch sheet (23) and the front and rear waist sheets (21, 22). This leak proof sheet (50) extends outwards in the longitudinal direction (Y) from the rear edge (40b) of the liquid absorbing structure (40), and an extension portion (51) is formed thereon. A bending region (27) of a rear waist sheet (22) overlaps the second elastic sheet (32) as well as the extension portion (51) of the leak proof sheet (50).
