PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type absorbent article in which tensile force of elastic members on a waist region and leg parts is proper force, and suspension of an absorber on an inseam area can be improved.SOLUTION: There is provided an underpants type absorbent article comprising an absorbent main body having a top sheet, a back sheet and an absorber, and an exterior body, a front absorber is provided on a front region, a rear absorber is provided on a rear region. The respective absorber comprises an absorbent fiber and a high hydrophilic polymer, and the inseam area has an absorbent sheet member in which, a high hydrophilic polymer is carried between hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics which is arranged and fixed in a manner of crosslinking the front and rear absorbers. The inseam area has a first curved elastic member, and an end thereof is partially extended to a front waist region, and a residue of the end is extended to a rear waist region.
