PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade for cutting grasses, which has the same sharpness as that of a rotary blade using chips without using the chips to reduce production cost, and facilitates improvement in the working environment of a rotary blade production site, and the like, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: This rotary blade for cutting the grasses, which has a hole used for attaching to a grass cutter and formed at the central position of a disk-like base metal and has many blades formed on the outer peripheral portion of the base metal, is characterized in that the blades are integrally formed with the base metal in a larger thickness than the plate thickness of the base metal by the compression molding of the outer peripheral portion of the base metal.
