SOLUTION: The cover of the disc type rotary blade 2 has an upper opening 3 slightly larger than the outer circumference of the blade of the disc type rotary blade, a lower opening 4 slightly smaller than the outer circumference of the disc type rotary blade, and a cover body 1.
