To provide a novel scissors-type knife capable of preventing generation of a bore.SOLUTION: The scissors-type knife comprises a pair of blade parts which are opened and closed in a beak-state to grip and remove a tissue. A first blade part 110 and a second blade part 120 have a bipolar electrode. The first blade part 110 has a first insulator 112 being a square pole whose cross section is an isosceles trapezoid, and a first electrode 111. The second blade part 120 has a second insulator 122 being a column body whose cross section has a recess groove part of an isosceles triangle, and a second electrode 121 provided on a bottom of the recess groove part 123. When the pair of blade parts are closed, the first electrode 111 is fitted in the recess groove part 123 in a state of separating from the second electrode 121, thereby surely preventing short circuit between electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】穿孔の発生をより防止できる新規な鋏型ナイフを提供する。【解決手段】嘴状に開閉することで組織を把持して切除する一対の刃部を備える。第１刃部１１０及び第２の刃部１２０にはバイポーラ電極が配設される。第１刃部１１０は、断面が等脚台形の四角柱である第１絶縁体１１２と第１電極１１１とを有する。第２刃部１２０は、断面が二等辺三角形の凹溝部を有する柱体である第２絶縁体１２２と、凹溝部１２３の底部に備えられた第２電極１２１とを有する。一対の刃部が閉状態の場合、第１電極１１１が第２電極１２１と離間した状態で凹溝部１２３に嵌め込まれ、電極同士の短絡を確実に防止できる。【選択図】図３
