PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a purified catechins-containing composition capable of recovering catechins at good purity and high yield.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a purified catechins-containing composition including a process A of mixing a catechins-containing composition having a mass ratio of (A) catechins with content of 1 to 35 mass% and (B) phospholipid [(B)/(A)] of 2 to 100 and at least one kind of solvent selected from an organic solvent solution and an organic solvent and a process B of recovering a phase rich in catechins generated in a mixture. There is provided a manufacturing method of a purified catechins-containing composition, where the organic solvent is preferably ethanol, organic solvent concentration is 15 to 55 mass.
