According to the present invention, provided is a method for producing liposomes comprising: a step for mixing an aqueous phase and an oil phase, which is produced by dissolving at least one lipid in an organic solvent, and stirring the lipid-containing aqueous solution and a step for causing the organic solvent to evaporate from the liposome-containing aqueous solution obtained by the stirring step. The organic solvent is a solvent mixture of a water-soluble organic solvent and an ester-based organic solvent.La présente invention aborde le problème de fourniture dun procédé sûr et stable pour produire des liposomes. Linvention concerne un procédé de production de liposomes comprenant : une étape de mélange dune phase aqueuse et dune phase huileuse, qui est produite par dissolution dau moins un lipide dans un solvant organique, et agitation de la solution aqueuse contenant un lipide et une étape pour amener le solvant organique à sévaporer à partir de la solution aqueuse contenant des liposomes obtenus par létape dagitation.
