PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation agent, a measurement/analysis method and a measurement/analysis device for evaluation of vasopermeability increase, capable of evaluating test animals in short time, simply, safety and accurately without a mercy killing in the case that the test animals are testing/experimental animals.SOLUTION: A vasopermeability increase is evaluated by: administering an evaluation agent including a near infrared fluorescent compound that emits a near infrared fluorescent having excellent light transmission properties in a living body into a blood vessel of a test animal having developed vasopermeability increase irradiating a surface of inflammation part with a near infrared light of a wavelength of 600 nm to 800 nm letting the administrated near infrared fluorescent compound absorb the irradiated light detecting a light having a different wavelength radiated from the near infrared fluorescent compound, that is, a fluorescence as an image by using a device and analyzing a total fluorescence quantity calculated from a luminance and a luminescent area of the detected fluorescence.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検動物を、短時間に、簡便に、安全に、精度よく、また被検動物が試験用・実験用動物の場合にあっては安楽死させずに、血管透過性亢進を評価するための評価剤、測定・解析方法、および測定・解析装置を提供することである。【解決手段】血管透過性亢進を発症している被検動物に、生体での光透過性に優れる近赤外蛍光を発する近赤外蛍光化合物を含んでなる評価剤を血管内投与し、炎症部位表面に約600 nmから約800 nmの近赤外光を照射し、照射した光を投与した近赤外化合物に吸収させ、近赤外化合物から放出される別の波長の光、すなわち蛍光を機器を用いて画像として検出し、検出された蛍光の輝度および発光面積から算出される総蛍光量を解析し血管透過性亢進を評価する。【選択図】図2
