Also, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for automatic injection comprises the steps of: irradiating infrared light on an object to be injected collecting the infrared light reflected from the object obtaining blood vessel location information by using the light amount of the collected infrared light selecting the optimal location to insert a needle by using the blood vessel location information and inserting the needle to allow a needle tip to reach the optimal location by controlling the position and direction of the needle in real-time. According to the present invention, a user can exactly find vein blood vessel and administer drug in an emergency without an expert, and pain of a patient who has a trouble in finding blood vessel can be reduced by automatically administering the drug into the most appropriate vein blood vessel to a drug administration.
