PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive support device which allows a user to more safely perform exercise in blood purification treatment.SOLUTION: There is provided a drive support device for supporting exercise which a patient performs in a blood purification treatment comprising: prediction line creation means 4 for creating a prediction line which predicts shift of a circulation blood amount change ratio (ΔBV) after start of exercise, based on a circulation blood amount change ratio (ΔBV) which is a parameter related to change of a circulation blood amount of a patient which is continuously measured before start of exercise after start of the blood purification treatment calculation means 5 for calculating a difference or a ratio between a measured value of the circulation blood amount change ratio (ΔBV) of the patient after start of exercise in the blood purification treatment and a value of the prediction line generated by the prediction line creation means 4 and monitoring means 6 for monitoring whether or not the difference or ratio calculated by the calculation means 5 exceeds a preset threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】より安全に血液浄化治療中の運動を行わせることができる運動支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】血液浄化治療中に患者が行う運動を支援し得る運動支援装置であって、血液浄化治療の開始後、運動開始前において継続的に測定された患者の循環血液量の変化に関わるパラメータである循環血液量変化率(ΔBV)に基づいて、運動開始後における循環血液量変化率(ΔBV)の推移を予想した予想線を作成する予想線作成手段4と、血液浄化治療中の運動開始後における患者の循循環血液量変化率(ΔBV)の測定値と予想線作成手段4で作成された予想線の値との差又は比を算出する算出手段5と、該算出手段5で算出された差又は比が予め設定された閾値を超えたか否かを監視する監視手段6とを具備したものである。【選択図】図1
