SOLUTION: The physical activity amount evaluation instrument comprises a physical activities recording means to record the amount of physical activities undertaken during a prescribed period in such a manner that indicates the breakdowns of the amount of sport activities and the amount of daily living activities and a display means to display the amount of physical activities recorded by the physical activities recording means by plotting ON the matrix of the amount of sport activities and the amount of daily living activities in which the amount of sport activities and the amount of living activities are represented by axes.
