<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique related to report creation, which can fully provide observation information to a diagnostic doctor who browses an image reading report while reducing a burden of an image reading doctor in the report creation. <；P>；SOLUTION: A server accumulates a medical image in association with comment information recording a description related to the medical image. The report creation device for recording a character string in an observation column of a report based on operation using an operation means obtains, from the server, a medical image that is an image reading object and comment information recording the description related to this medical image, and records the description recorded on the comment information to the observation column of the report.
