PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid impregnation apparatus capable of highly accurately adjusting the rate of impregnation of pellets with oil and fat, and impregnating the pellets with a liquid evenly irrespective of the kind of the liquid or the pellets.SOLUTION: A liquid impregnation apparatus 1 includes a drum 3 for storing pellets, a frame 2 for turnably supporting the drum 3, injection nozzles 11, 11, ... for injecting oil and fat to the pellets, oil feeding pipes 12, 12, ... for feeding the oil and fat to the injection nozzles 11, 11, ..., a motor 5 for rotationally driving the drum 3, an exhaust pipe 14 for reducing the pressure inside the drum 3, an air cylinder 21 for swinging the drum 3 at a high speed, and the like. A projecting partitioning projection 9 is arranged in the drum 3 in a manner projecting to the inside of the drum 3.
