PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing popped rice of Tteokbokki taste is provided to improve taste and nutrition of popped rice. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing popped rice of Tteokbokki taste is performed using rice as a main ingredient(10) and Tteokbokki taste pellet as a side ingredient(20). The rice is selected from white rice, black rice and brown rice. A method for preparing Tteokbokki taste pellet comprises: a step of mixing and kneading rice powder, red pepper paste and seasoning; a step of steaming kneaded ingredients at more than 100°;C; and a step of extruding and drying the ingredients.본 발명은 뻥튀기에 관한 것으로 쌀이나 보리,율무 같은 곡물을 이용해 열과 압력을 가한 뒤 이를 팽화시켜 간식용 과자를 만드는 것에 있어서,떡볶이 맛을 낼 수 있도록 양념이 된 펠릿을 쌀과 함께 팽화시켜 맛과 영양을 개선한 뻥튀기에 관한 것이다.
