PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air/water feeding device of an endoscope including a water supply bottle, capable of turning water to be blown to an observation window into an air-mixed atomization state, washing away even mucus or the like strongly stuck to the observation window, preventing water from being mixed in air to be fed when an air feeding operation is performed after an atomization operation, and preventing the rhythm of an endoscopic operation by an operator from being disturbed.SOLUTION: At a part positioned in the middle of a water feed pipe 22 in a space inside a water supply bottle 12, a vent hole 20 for atomization, for making pressurized air directly flow into the water feed pipe 22 and mixing it with water inside the water feed pipe 22 is formed, and the water to be blown to an observation window is turned to the air-mixed atomization state.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】観察窓に吹き付けられる水を空気混じりの噴霧状態にして、観察窓に強力に付着した粘液等でも洗い流すことができるようにすると共に、噴霧動作の後に送気操作がなされた時に、送気される空気に水が混じらず、術者の内視鏡操作のリズムが乱されない給水ボトルを備えた内視鏡の送気送水装置を提供すること。【解決手段】送水管22の途中であって給水ボトル12内の空間に位置する部分に、加圧空気を送水管22内に直接流入させて送水管22内で水と混合させるための噴霧用通気孔20を形成して、観察窓に吹き付けられる水が空気混じりの噴霧状態になるようにした。【選択図】 図2
