PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for controlling the transporting capacity of a kidney transporter, and a composition having an action of promoting excretion of molecules transported by the kidney transporter from a living body.SOLUTION: The fact that L-valine, L-threonine, L-isoleucine, L-glutamine, L-arginine and L-aspartic acid have an action of controlling the transporting capacity of a kidney transporter has been found by screening using a transporting test system using kidney epithelial cells. Further, the fact that the excretion of anti-FACBC from the inside of the body of a rat is remarkably promoted by administration of the L-valine has been found upon investigation of the excretion promoting action by various natural amino acids in a rat. Further, the fact that the remarkable excretion promoting effect is achieved not only in intraperitoneal administration of the L-valine but also in the oral administration has been found.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 腎臓トランスポーターの輸送能を抑制するための組成物、及び該腎臓トランスポーターによって輸送される分子の生体からの排泄を促進する作用を有する組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】 腎臓上皮細胞を用いた輸送試験系を用いたスクリーニングにより、L-バリン、L-スレオニン、L-イソロイシン、L-グルタミン、L-アルギニン及びL-アスパラギン酸は、腎臓トランスポーターの輸送能を抑制する作用を有していることを見出した。また、ラットにおける各種天然アミノ酸による排泄促進作用を調べたところ、L-バリンの投与によって、anti-FACBCのラット体内からの排泄が顕著に促進されることを見出した。さらに、この顕著な排泄促進効果は、L-バリンの腹腔内投与のみならず、L-バリンの経口投与においても達成されることも見出した。【選択図】 なし
