To provide an inspection seal that enables mitigation of loads on a subject and an inspection performer and improvement of inspection accuracy.SOLUTION: An inspection seal 10 is used for image diagnosis using micro waves. The inspection seal comprises: a base film 11 having a coordinate grid 13； and an adhesive layer 12 stacked on the base film 11. Peel strength, defined in JIS Z 0237:2009, of the adhesive layer 12 with respect to a stainless steel test plate is equal to or higher than 1.5 N/25 mm and equal to or lower than 6.0 N/25 mm. Breaking strength, defined in JIS K 7127, of the base film 11 is higher than the peel strength of the adhesive layer 12. Water-vapor permeability, defined in JIS Z 0208, of a laminate of the base film 11 and the adhesive layer 12 is equal to or higher than 750 g/mday on the condition that a temperature is 40°C and relative humidity is 90%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】被検者および検査実施者の負荷を軽減すること、および、検査の精度を高めることを可能とした検査用シールを提供する。【解決手段】マイクロ波を用いた画像診断に用いられる検査用シール１０である。座標グリッド１３を有するベースフィルム１１と、ベースフィルム１１に積層された粘着層１２とを備える。粘着層１２において、ＪＩＳ Ｚ ０２３７：２００９に規定される剥離強度であって、ステンレス製の試験板に対する剥離強度が、１．５Ｎ／２５ｍｍ以上６．０Ｎ／２５ｍｍ以下である。ベースフィルム１１において、ＪＩＳ Ｋ ７１２７に規定される破断強度が、粘着層１２の剥離強度よりも高い。ベースフィルム１１と粘着層１２との積層体において、ＪＩＳ Ｚ ０２０８に規定される透湿度が、４０℃かつ相対湿度９０％の条件において、７５０ｇ／ｍ２・ｄａｙ以上である。【選択図】図１
