PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable OCT of ocular fundus of an eye having extremely strong refractive error to be performed.SOLUTION: An interference optical system of an ophthalmologic imaging device detects an interference light between a return light of a measurement light from ocular fundus and a reference light. An image formation part forms an image based on the result of the detection of the interference light. An imaging optical system takes an image of the ocular fundus and acquires a front image. A changing part changes a focus state of the interference optical system and a focus state of the imaging optical system in a cooperative manner. A first auxiliary lens can be disposed in an optical path of the measurement light. A first determination part determines the focus state of the imaging optical system based on the front image. A second determination part determines the focus state of the interference optical system based on the image formed by the image formation part when the focus state of the imaging optical system is determined to be not good.
