PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing bank block capable of being dropped in a stable behavior, and being dropped accurately on an installation-predetermined position on the seabed.SOLUTION: The fishing bank block is constituted of an upper frame 2, a lower frame 3, vertical portions 4, and diagonal material portions 5. The upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3 have square outline shapes in the plane view, and are formed into frame shapes having opening on the inside, and the vertical portions 4 are constituted so as to connect the corner parts of the upper frame 2 with the corner parts of the lower frame 3, and so as to be extended in the vertical direction. The diagonal material portions 5 are constituted so as to be extended in the space in the inside of the frame in states of being tilted so that the upper ends may be expanded outward. A flap-shaped downward extended portion 3a and a flap-shaped upward extended portion 2a are formed in the lower frame 3 and the upper frame 2 respectively.
