PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic treatment method which uses an ultra-thin film which can be prepared or formed directly on a keratin matrix, such as the skin and hair, by simple steps, without need for troublesome applications of the thin film to a top of keratin matrix, reduces the production cost of the thin film on the other hand, and has possibility of avoiding use of a harmful organic solvent.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a cosmetic treatment method comprising a step of spraying a first solution, which contains at least one kind of a first polymer, or dispersion liquid on a keratin matrix, and a step of spraying a second solution, which contains at least one kind of a second polymer, or dispersion liquid to prepare a film on the keratin matrix. The thickness of the film is 30-1000 nm, preferably 50-600 nm, more preferably 100-400 nm.
