The soft mask unit adopts a flexible and deformable material to be manufactured into a cup shape and installed to the support unit and comprises a bottom wall, an annular sleeving part, a peripheral wall, a pocket covering part, and an abutting part. A first end of an outside surface of the abutting part and an axis generate a first included angle therebetween. The first included angle is smaller than a second included angle generated between a second end and the axis. When the outside surface is extended from the first end toward the second, the included angle generated with the axis is gradually increased.
