A plastic particle composition having tea aroma and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The manufacturing method includes: drying a substance having tea aroma at a temperature of -50℃~50℃ ℃ until the water content thereof is less than 20%, and granulating the dried substance with a first thermoplastic material at a temperature ranging from 105 to 200℃ to form the plastic particle composition.
