PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowing device that has a superior work performance of the switching work of stopping and driving a motor of an air pump device, the work performed before take-off and after landing, when receiving the live fish with water in the airlift while being alive in a live fish transport container with the air blowing device.SOLUTION: A long flexible tape body 6 is interposed between electrodes being the electrode TA of a battery storage part 5 for storing a battery B of an air pump device 2 and the electrode TB of the battery B. Also, one end 6A of the tape body 6 is positioned outside the air pump device 2. The tape body 6 is constituted so as to slide between the electrodes by the operation of drawing the tape body 6. A motor M is brought into a driven state by the drawing of a predetermined first length L1 of the tape body 6. The motor M is brought into a stopped state by the drawing of a predetermined second length L3 of the tape body 6 in the driven state.
