By the present invention, it is possible to configure a traffic adjustment strategy to obtain traffic parameter information on a current access side, determine an aggregation group bandwidth adjustment requirement according to the traffic adjustment strategy and the traffic parameter information, and then adjust the number of member ports of the aggregation group according to the requirement. In the present invention, needs of the adjustment to the member port take into account the traffic parameter information on the current access side and fit better for the transmission demand of the current access side.
