PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional iodine strengthened black salt is provided to manufacture the black salt by adding ramie leaf, kelp and Lentinus edodes to bay salt and aging the same. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional iodine strengthened black salt comprises the following steps: mixing 20-50 wt% of ramie leaf with 50-80 wt% of water(S10); extracting a mixed solution by heating the mixture with indirect heat(S20); melting 20-30 wt% of bay salt in a jar(S30); heating the extracted ramie leaf and melted bay salt in a caldron and making into fine crystals(S40); aging the fine crystals of the bay salt and ramie extract in the jar for 10-15 days(S50); melting the salt in which matured ramie leaf is contained(S60); adding mixed extract of kelp and Lentinus edodes to the salt in which the melted ramie leaf is contained(S70); heating the mixture in a heat-proof earthenware jar and making into fine crystals(S80); aging the fine crystals of the salt in which the ramie leaf is contained, kelp and Lentinus edodes in the jar for 10-15 days(S90); heating the ramie leaf extract and melted bay salt in the caldron with 30-50°;C of indirect heat for 16-20 hours(S40a); and heating the ramie leaf extract and melted bay salt in the caldron with 30-50°;C indirect heat for 12-16 hours(S40b).
