The present invention is to provide a novel (meth) acrylic silicone graft copolymer which is very suitable for cosmetics and the like. (Meth) acryl-based graft copolymer according to the present invention comprises (a) a compound represented by the following general formula (I), (b) a compound represented by the following general formula (II) , (C) a compound represented by the following general formula (IV), and (d) a radically polymerizable monomer of a compound represented by the following general formula (V)C and dissolves more than 50% by mass in 99.5% ethanol.본 발명은 화장료 등에 매우 적합한 새로운 (메타)아크릴 실리콘계 그라프트 공중합체를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 (메타)아크릴 실리콘계 그라프트 공중합체는 (a) 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 화합물, (b) 하기 일반식(II)로 표시되는 화합물 및 식(III)로 표시되는 화합물로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종, (c) 하기 일반식(IV)로 표시되는 화합물, 및 (d) 하기 일반식(V)로 표시되는 화합물의 라디칼 중합성 모노머를 반응시켜 수득되는 공중합체이며, 25℃에서 99.5%의 에탄올에 50질량% 이상 용해한다.
