The present invention provides a novel (meth)acrylic silicone-based graft copolymer that is preferably used for cosmetics and the like. The (meth)acrylic silicone-based graft copolymer of the present invention is a copolymer obtained by reacting the following radically polymerizable monomers (a) to (d):(a) a compound represented by the following general formula (I)(b) at least one selected from a compound represented by the following general formula (II) and a compound represented by the following formula (III)(c) a compound represented by the following general formula (IV) and(d) a compound represented by the following general formula (V), whereinthe copolymer is dissolved at a level of 50 mass % or more in 99.5% ethanol at 25° C.
