The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, ameliorating or treating an autoimmune disease using mesenchymal stem cell-derived secretory proteome. A pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention increases the expression of IL-10, which is a representative immunomodulatory cytokine, and reduces the expression of inflammatory cytokines such as TNF- α, IL-6 and IL-12 (p70), and thus can effectively prevent or treat various autoimmune diseases including rheumatoid arthritis.La présente invention concerne une composition visant à prévenir, améliorer ou traiter des maladies auto-immunes à laide dun protéome sécrétoire dérivé de cellules souches mésenchymateuses. Une composition pharmaceutique selon la présente invention augmente lexpression de lIL-10, une cytokine immunomodulatrice typique, et diminue lexpression de cytokines inflammatoires telles que le TNF-α, lIL-6 et lIL-12 (p70), et de ce fait peut efficacement prévenir ou traiter diverses maladies auto-immunes, y compris la polyarthrite rhumatoïde.본 발명은 중간엽 줄기세포 유래 분비 단백체를 이용한 자가면역질환의 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 약제학적 조성물은 대표적 면역조절 사이토카인인 IL-10의 발현을 증가시키고, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-12(p70)와 같은 염증성 사이토카인의 발현은 감소시켜 류마티스 관절염을 비롯한 다양한 자가면역질환을 효과적으로 예방 또는 치료할 수 있다.
