PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination attaching device for an electrosurgical pencil fitting equipped with a movable illumination element that can be moved in every direction so as to illuminate the inside of a patient undergoing surgery or a medical treatment more satisfactorily.SOLUTION: An illumination attaching device is removably attached to an electrosurgical pencil 50 and/or an electrosurgical pencil fitting such as a shroud for an electrosurgical pencil.
