To provide a syringe adapter for preventing leakage of a fluid in transfer of the fluid.SOLUTION: A syringe adapter comprises: a housing comprising a first end and a second end, in which the first end is fixed to a first container； a cannula comprising a first end and a second end, in which the second end is arranged in the housing； a collet comprising a first end and a second end； and a connection release feedback mechanism at least a part of which includes the collet which is received in the housing. The collet comprises a main body for defining a passage, a seal member received in the passage, and an arc-shaped elastic lock member connected to the main body of the collet. The collet can move from a first position where a lock member is opened so as to receive a partner connector, to a second position where movement of the lock member to outside of a radial direction is regulated.
