PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty appliance that can prevent a rotating body from coming out of a support shaft at an unexpected timing while reducing looseness of the rotating body.SOLUTION: In a beauty appliance 1, a connecting member 40 has a base end 20a mounted in a support shaft 20 fixed to a handle 12 in a coming-out prevention state, and a locking claw 42 projected in the radially outward direction Y1 and capable of being displaced in the radial direction. A rotating body 27 has a stepped part 272 capable of being engaged to a locking claw 42 from a base end side L1a. The locking claw 42 has a first facing surface 421 inclined toward a tip side L1b as going to a radially outward direction Y1 on a face of the base end side L1a, and a second facing surface 422 positioned further in the radially outward direction Y1 of the first facing surface 421.
