PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid contact of a rotary tiller with hazards such as a levee and a house pole in a plastic greenhouse.SOLUTION: The rotary tiller 1 is provided with: a rotary machine frame 6 having a gear case 2 furnished with right and left support arms 3, a transmission case 4 attached to an outer end of the left support arm 3 and a side frame 5 attached to an outer end of the right support arm 3 a rotary tilling part 9 comprising a tine shaft 7 pivoted on the transmission case 4 and the side frame 5 and tines 8 attached to the tine shaft 7 and a tiller cover 12 comprising an upper cover 10 covering the upper part of the rotary tiller 9 and a rear cover 11 covering the rear part of the tiller.
