The mixed solution prepared is molded and it cools and jelly is manufactured.본 발명은 왕벚(Prunusyedoensis) 버찌 분말을 포함하는 건강식품에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 아린 맛에 기인하여 식재료로 이용된 적이 없는 상기 왕벚 버찌 분말을 이용하여 제조된 항산화 활성이 증가한 머핀, 파운드케이크, 쿠키, 젤리, 매작과 및 요구르트에 관한 것으로 본 발명의 식품은 항산화 활성이 증가하였을 뿐만 아니라, 버찌 폐자원에 대한 이용증대에 기여할 수 있다.
