According to the present invention, the device includes: a grip part gripped by a user； and a contact part which is joined with the grip part and contacts an itching area of a body of the user. According to the present invention, the contact part relieves itchiness by pressing, heating, or stimulating skin while contacting the skin. The device minimizes secondary infection by preventing damage to skin caused by scratching the skin.
