The present invention relates to a portable massager, and more specifically, to a portable massager comprising: a grip unit having a convex part with a curved curvature in one side, having a concave part with a curved curvature in the other side, having a shape narrowed towards a lower part from an upper part, and having a lower part-opened massage unit installation groove in an internal lower side； a massage unit installed in the massage unit installation groove of the grip unit, and including a heating body, a control unit receiving direct current (DC) power to control operation of the heating body, an operation switch connected to the control unit to turn on/off operation of the heating body, a magnetic plate in contact with the heating body to be heated by receiving heat conducted from the heating body, and exposed to the bottom surface of the grip unit to generate magnetism, a power cable withdrawn from the control unit and having a connector in an end part； and a chargeable battery detachably connected to the power cable withdrawn from the massage unit to supply the DC power. Thus, the volume and the weight of the massager are minimized, so the massager can be conveniently held irrespective of indoor or outdoor place. Moreover, power usage is minimized when the massager is operated, so the massager can be used without stress in a place where alternating current (AC) power is not supplied.
