PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair detergent for a foam discharge container, capable of discharging a creamy foam without clogging even at a low temperature and capable of keeping a good formation of foams under low temperature in a winter season, and having a high rinsing effect.SOLUTION: Provided is a hair detergent composition containing: (A) 3-25 wt.% amphoteric surfactant as a specific composition； (B) 0.3-0.8 wt.% cationized cellulose having a molecular wt. of 400,000-1,500,000 and a cationic nitrogen content of 1-2.5% (mass%), and remainder water. The inorganic salt content is less than 1.0 wt.%, and the viscosity at 10°C is less than 30 mPa s.【課題】低温においても目詰まりなく、クリーミーな泡を吐出でき、冬の時期などの低温下においても良好な泡の形成性を保つことができ、リンスイン効果が高い泡吐出容器用頭髪洗浄剤を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）特定組成の両性界面活性剤：３～２５重量％、（Ｂ）分子量４０万～１５０万、カチオン性窒素含量１～２．５％（質量％）であるカチオン化セルロース：０．３～０．８重量％、および残部水を含有し、無機塩の含有量が１．０重量％以下で、１０℃における粘度が３０ｍＰａ・ｓ以下である泡吐出容器用頭髪洗浄剤組成物。【選択図】 なし
