PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water-absorbing polymer particles excellent in water-absorption ability and under pressure liquid permeability, to provide an absorption article having the water-absorbing polymer particles as a constituent member and to provide an improving method of under pressure liquid permeable speed of the water-absorbing polymer particles.SOLUTION: (1) The water-absorbing polymer particles include a crosslinked polymer (A) having an anionic group, an amino-modified silicone (B) having ≤2,000 g/mol functional group equivalent and water insoluble inorganic fine particles (C). (2) The water absorption article has the water-absorbing particles as the constituent member.
