PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid of composition of salts, which balances the inner and outer liquids of a cell being the minimum unit of organism and prevents its degradation phenomenon as much as possible.
SOLUTION: The high-concentration liquid of salt composition comprises 6.0-10.0 wt.% of a fermented mineral liquid, 7.5-30.0 wt.% of salt, 30.0-50.0 wt.% of sugar and the rest of water. Since the liquid of salt composition is not only efficiently and inexpensively produced for a purpose but also a preferable liquid of salt composition obtained by dilution 30-50 times is approximately isotonic to an animal or plant cell liquid and has excellent mineral balance, the diluted liquid of salt composition has various excellent effects such as neutralization of oxides, revival of mineral balance of inside and outside of cell, retention or restoration of freshness, etc.
