PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient frying and drying method for instant fried noodles.SOLUTION: A method for producing instant fried noodles includes performing frying and drying by putting noodles into a space of a container 1 comprising a top surface 9 having apertures 7, a bottom surface 2 having apertures 5, and a non-open lateral surface 4 for connecting the top surface 9 and the bottom surface 2.
