The recording device includes a loading portion, a weight detecting unit, a temperature and humidity detecting unit and a processor. The weight detecting unit is for detecting a weight change of a container. The temperature and humidity detecting unit is for detecting an ambient temperature and an ambient humidity. The processor is coupled to the weight detecting unit and the temperature and humidity detecting unit. The electronic device stores an application, and the application includes a signal processing module and a reminder module. The signal processing module calculates a target amount of drinking. The reminder module is for sending a reminder signal when the target amount of drinking is not satisfied.
