PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen Tantan food, noodle or rice and Tantan soup of which can almost evenly be warmed during the thawing and which is delicious to eat, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The frozen Tantan food is produced by: pouring a Tantan soup 2 finished with the cooking into a freeze container 1 having a convex portion in the center and freezing the whole freeze container 1 taking out the frozen soup 2 finished with the cooking from the freeze container 1 to obtain a frozen Tantan soup having a concavity portion 2a formed in the center coating the inner side of a hermetic container 3 with oil and putting noodle, spaghetti or Doria rice finished with the cooking therein: placing the frozen Tantan soup 2 having the concavity portion 2a on the noodle or the rice placing sliced onion, ingredient 5 such as seafood and vegetables on top of the frozen Tantan soup 2 and putting a lid 6 to an opening of the hermetic container 3 to seal. When heated by an electronic oven, owing to the concavity 2a the noodle or rice and Tantan soup 2 can almost evenly be warmed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】解凍時において、麺や米飯と担々スープがほぼ均等に暖められ、食べて美味しい冷凍担々食品並びにその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】中央部に凸部を有する冷凍容器1内に、調理済みの担々スープ2を入れ、冷凍容器1ごと冷凍する。冷凍した調理済みのスープ2を冷凍容器1から取り出すことで、中央部に凹部2aが形成された冷凍担々スープを作製する。密封容器3の内側に油を塗り、調理済みの焼きそば、スパゲッティ、ドリア用の米飯を入れる。麺または米飯の上に、凹部2aを有する冷凍担々スープ2を載せる。冷凍担々スープ2の上に、玉葱のスライス、魚介類や野菜などの具材5を載せる。密封容器3の開口部に蓋6をして、密封する。電子レンジで加熱した場合、凹部2aにより麺や米飯と担々スープ2をほぼ均等に暖めることができる。【選択図】図1
