PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen Tantan Mochi, Mochi (rice cake) and Tantan soup of which can almost evenly be warmed during the thawing and which is delicious to eat, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The frozen Tantan Mochi is produced by: pouring a soup 2 finished with the cooking into a freeze container 1 having a convex portion in the center and freezing the whole freeze container 1 taking out the frozen soup 2 finished with the cooking from the freeze container 1 to obtain a frozen soup having a concavity portion 2a formed in the center coating the inner side of a hermetic container 3 with oil and putting the frozen soup 2 therein placing Mochi 4 cut out to a predetermined size and adding seasoning 5 such as chopped green onion on top of the frozen soup and putting a lid 6 to an opening of the hermetic container 3 to seal.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】解凍時において、餅と担々スープがほぼ均等に暖められ、食べて美味しい冷凍担々餅並びにその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】中央部に凸部を有する冷凍容器1内に、調理済みのスープ2を入れ、冷凍容器1ごと冷凍する。冷凍した調理済みのスープ2を冷凍容器1から取り出すことで、中央部に凹部2aが形成された冷凍スープを作製する。密封容器3の内側に油を塗り、冷凍スープ2を入れる。所定の大きさに切った餅4と刻みネギなどの加薬5を、冷凍スープの上に載せる。密封容器3の開口部に蓋6をして、密封する。【選択図】図1
