The machine (1) comprises at least one rocker (13) articulated with the frame (3) around at least one tilting axis (14) oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction (D1), and, in the transport position of the side units (4), each group of tools (9) is closer to the midplane (M) than the respective arm (10).
