The present invention relates to a waist traction belt and, more specifically, to a waist traction belt having a vibration massage function which enables massage by vibrations to be carried out with waist traction by allowing vibrations to occur in a traction device. The present invention comprises: an upper belt and a lower belt； a traction device installed between both belts； and a vibration device installed on a fixed plate. The traction device includes: cylinders provided so as to open toward each other on a fixed plate which is fixedly installed respectively in the upper belt and the lower belt； a stick-shaped rod of which both ends are partially inserted into both cylinders； a resistance member which is embedded in each cylinder and pushes the inserted rod； a slider which is fixedly installed in the upper belt and forms a latching protrusion on one surface thereof toward the lower belt； and a stepped protrusion which is provided in the lower belt and at which the latching protrusion of the slider is hung when both belts are close to each other. The vibration device includes: a motor fixedly installed on the fixed plate； a vibration weight installed eccentric to an axis of the motor； and a battery for driving the motor.
