The present invention relates to a back traction belt and more specifically, to a back traction belt which treats lumbar herniated intervertebral disc or alleviates pain by respectively wearing both belts around pelvic and waist and forcibly extending in opposite directions using traction devices between both belts. The present invention includes upper and lower belts and installs the traction devices between both belts. The traction devices comprise: cylinders which are fixed to the upper and lower belts and opened in directions to face each other； rods in which both ends are partially inserted into the cylinders； resist members which push the rod by being embedded into the cylinder； a slider which is fixed to one belt and protruded to the other belt side, and forms protrusions on one side； and short edges which are installed in the other belt and work as protrusions for the slider when both belts are approached.
