The present invention relates to a bidirectional slide needle pipe. In particular, the present invention relates to technology of a new concept in which pain is remarkably alleviated during needling and acupuncture needles are conveniently fed and used through both directions of a needle pipe. Also, a suitable acupuncture needle scheme is selected according to a needling region, a sex, and an age of a target, so a needle can be optimally operated. The front end of a fixing rod of a conventional needle pipe simultaneously hit skin during needling, and thus increases needling pain. Also, the structure of the conventional needle pipe is complicated, has reduced productivity, and has high prices. Moreover, a direction of the conventional needle pipe cannot be differently used according to a body part, a sex, or an age of a target, so utilization thereof is reduced. To solve a such a problem, according to the present invention, a buffering guide formed in the bottom end of a large caliber needle pipe alleviates pain applied to skin during needling, and can induce a needle tip to the center thereof. Furthermore, multiple elastic slits formed in the bottom of a small caliber needle pipe provide elasticity to a fixed flange formed in the bottom end of the small caliber needle pipe, and can press and fix the fixed flange on the inner circumferential surface of the large caliber needle pipe.본 발명은 양방향 슬라이드 침관에 관한 것으로, 특히 자침시 통증을 획기적으로 완화하고, 침관의 양 방향으로 침병을 투입하여 편리하게 사용함은 물론 자침부위 및 남녀노소에 따라 적정한 침관 방식을 선택하여 최적으로 침을 시술하도록 하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다.종래에 개시된 침관은 고정봉의 선단이 자침과 동시에 피부를 타격하면서 자침 통증을 상승시키고, 침관의 구성이 복잡하고 제작성이 저하됨은 물론 가격이 높으며, 신체부위나 남녀노소에 따라 침관의 방향을 달리하여 사용할 수 없어 활용도가 저하되는 문제점이 야기된다.본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 대구경 침관의 하단에 형성된 완충 가이드가 자침시 피부에 가하는 통증을 완화함과 아울러 침첨을 중앙으로 유도할 수 있도록 하고, 소구경 침관의 하측에 형성된 다수의 탄성 슬릿이 상기 소구경 침관의 하단에 형성된 고정플랜지에 탄성력을 제공하여 대구경 침관의 내주면에 고정플랜지가 가압 고정될 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
