The present invention relates to a moxibustion and acupuncture device for performing moxa cautery and acupuncture stimulation at the same time. The present invention is provided with a body that has a cylindrical shape, has a ventilation hole in its side surface, and has on its bottom surface a hole for transfer of heat of the moxa cautery to skin and a coupling tool for metal needle insertion. The metal needle is inserted into and fixed to the coupling tool formed on the bottom surface of the body and the metal needle has a sharp bottom surface. A ring groove is formed outside the body and a silicone ring is vertically inserted into the ring groove to protrude from it. The outside of the body is inserted into a supporting cover having a bamboo hat shape with a hole bored in its center. A projection protruding to the inside from the hole of the supporting cover comes into contact with and fixed to the silicone ring.
