PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puff-like honey that has a flavor original to honey and a crispy light eat-texture as well as that is readily melt-able in the mouth, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a puff-like honey having a water content of 5 wt.% or less, produced by adding a content of oil/fat by 5 wt.% or less to 100 wt.% of a mixture in which honey and powder are mixed at a temperature of 80 degrees or less and having a water content of 9.5 to 12.0 wt.%, and subjecting to molding and drying under reduced pressure to swell and a method for producing the same.
